It is the typical country house that boasts of being the first Eco Guest House in the whole Lucchese province, hosting you in an elegant and harmonious way.

My Policy on Eco-Sustainability
Villa Galgani was built entirely of Guamo stone and brick from the early 1900s, is attentive and respectful towards Mother Earth, and has been Eco-restored through a conservative restoration

- NO gas connection our commitment and responsibility to Avoid the Gas Market;
class AA appliances and induction stovetop - Plastered walls with Natural hydraulic lime from MGN and Lime paint
- Insulation of double-glazed Internom window frames; acoustic and thermal insulation
- Lighting provided solely with low energy consumption LED bulbs and Photovoltaic panel light.
- Separate Collection of waste, of which the organic waste is used as compost
- Breakfast at Km0, Vegan and Vegetarian serve local products, just like the milk freshly ground, that are carefully selected to offer you high quality. We contribute to the fair development and enhancement of the region which works in step with environmental sustainability and social justice.

- Natural shower gel and soaps (Not tested on animals) will be provided in small, recycled glass bottles in the bathrooms (No single-use, disposable, plastic packs).

- Dolomiti Energia , our electricity supplier, uses renewable energy sources.
- Furniture: metal-free beds, spelled chaff, lavender, and pine pillows handcrafted from Trentino. The Italian mattresses “Falomo” are natural and healthful, consisting of cotton and wool. In all of the rooms, you can see the indications of energy and water conservation. One set of towels per person for the entire stay is provided.

Villa Galgani has two Suites and one Room, each one different, all non-smoking, with air-conditioning and/or fan, Wi-Fi service throughout, and with attention to detail with handcrafted and minimal furnishings. We have elevated the flavor of the past and have preserved the original wooden ceiling beams, interior stone walls, and essential furnishing typical of the time. We understand that families and friends like to stay together and not necessarily all in the same room. We, therefore, offer interconnecting rooms providing both privacy and freedom.
Each room has an en-suite bathroom with natural local soaps. The rooms have large, white windows which overlook either the interior garden or the greenery outside
We invite you to sleep on natural and healthful “Falomo”mattresses of cotton and wool made in Italy and relax on natural pillows in spelled chaff, lavender, and pine.Towels and linens are "Made in Italy" from pure linen and pure cotton.
To nourish and reinforce the atmosphere of tranquility and relaxation, by choice, the rooms are not equipped with televisions. A small library with books in various languages is available at your disposal.
Roses, irises, and calla lilies bloom in our garden, along with aromatic herbs and plants. During the summer, you can savor aperitifs and in the evening, enjoy a lovely Craft Beers amid olive and cherry trees.
We also host, with notice, your Faithful Friend of any size free of charge
